The program focuses on the six keys to mental wellness:

  1. Sense of Self - I know who I am and love who I am
  2. Belonging - I understand the keys to building friendships that allow me to truly belong  
  3. Hope & Enjoyment - I have things in my life I am passionate about & I'm hopeful about my future 
  4. Purpose & Meaning - I am here for a reason; and living that purpose brings me joy 
  5. Contribution - I recognize that giving back is a critical piece to wellness & I have ways to contribute in this world
  6. Resiliency - When I fall or fail in my life, I have the tools to pick myself back up & try again
